Shipping Locations 

We proudly deliver across India, ensuring your favorite accessories arrive right at your doorstep. Our service currently covers all locations within our designated serviceable pin codes for a seamless shopping experience. 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are continuously working toward expanding our reach and look forward to serving customers beyond India in the future. 

Processing Time 

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares it for dispatch. This process typically takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

As soon as your package is ready to ship, we will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details, so you’ll know exactly what to expect next. 

We handle each order with care to ensure your items are dispatched quickly and arrive safely. Your patience helps us maintain this level of quality service. 

Delivery Timeline 

We aim to deliver your accessories as quickly and reliably as possible. Orders usually arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier services available in your area. 

Every item is thoughtfully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our focus is not only on timely delivery but also on making sure your order is handled with the utmost care. 

If Delivery Fails 

Sometimes, deliveries may not succeed due to reasons such as an incomplete or incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package. In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse for safekeeping. 

If this happens, you can contact us to arrange re-delivery. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

We take great care to ensure your orders arrive safely. However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not reach you, we are here to assist. 

If you receive a damaged order, please: 

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery 
     
  • Share clear photos of the packaging and the product 
     

Once we have the necessary details, we will promptly investigate and work toward a resolution. 

If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partners to confirm the issue and provide you with the option of either a replacement or a full refund.
