CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment 

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Acting quickly helps us process your request without complications. 

To request a cancellation:

• Provide your order number and reason for cancellation 
   

Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within  5–7 business days.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped 

Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return the items after delivery, provided the return complies with our Return and Refund Policy. 

This ensures that, even if cancellation is not possible, you still have the flexibility to return your purchase. 

Making Changes to an Order 

After an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications, such as changing products, updating the shipping address, or correcting contact details. If you need to make adjustments, the best option is to cancel the order within the eligible window and place a new order with the correct information.
